For the Birds

  1. Hi Readers, I just wanted to let you know that the next part of my interview with Jill will be posted here soon. Today I decided to interrupt the regularly scheduled program to bring you this little video I made instead. Hope you enjoy watching it as much as I enjoyed making it. Too cute! I'll keep taking photos as the birdies grow (as long as the mother bird lets me) and will post those here from time to time. For now, it's back to work/hibernating for me. :)

  2. thanks for sharing! We just had some baby birds hatch on our front porch too! My husband got your book for me-and-no kidding- it has changed my life! it's like your in my head-I'm always telling my husband how similar we seem to be, and when you got excited about the baby birds, I just had to laugh! I love your book, and I've converted not only my house, but many of my family and friends have begun converting theirs as well. thanks so much for the book and the blog-God bless!

  3. Hi Jill, I'm so thrilled that the book is working for you. Thanks for letting me know! It doesn't surprise me that we have a lot in common, there's a real Sister(andBrother)hood of the Housekeeping Impaired. Or maybe it's just that brilliant minds think alike. :)

I'll be posting an updated film on the birdies soon. They are getting sooooooo cute!

Thanks again for your kind words.

  4. What a sweet video! We had a pair of mourning doves nest in the motor for our garage door opener for the second year in a row this spring. Unfortunately, it was up too high for us to see much, but it was still a lot of fun! :)
